| Precautions at connecting flexible joints for sprinkler |
|
Be sure not to fly sparks to bellows at the time of welding pipe.
Use within the test range as excessive twist, bending angle and curve could reduce pressure-proof
and cause deformation and fracture.
When connecting nipple and sprinkler joint, connect nipple to contact section of o-ring (PF).
In case of reverse connection (PT), leakage may occur.
Repeated bending of bellows may deform or break down bellows.
Pressing with heavy weight at the time of transportation may cause damage to bellows.
Tightening slip nuts with excessive force may cause fracture to o-ring, thus causing leaks.
Be sure not to use pipe wrench for installing sprinkler joints. |
